FSR.Guru and Jan Tegze (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the fsr.guru website (the “Service”).

Personal data is collected via this website when you provide us with it of your own accord, for example when registering, by completing forms or by sending e-mails to us. Newsletter

fsr.guru and Jan Tegze issues its own newsletter in order to provide up-to-date information about our work.

We send the newsletter using the double opt-in process, i.e. we only send you the newsletter by email once you have clicked on a link in an email we send you after registration confirming that we should activate the newsletter service. You then receive another email for your information that expressly confirms your subscription to the fsr.guru newsletter.

We use the provider SendPulse to send our newsletter. SendPulse is provided by the SendPulse Inc., 19 Hill St Bernardsville NJ 07924 USA.

The data that was provided during the newsletter registration process will be transmitted to SendPulse Inc., which will store it. The data entered during registration will not be transferred to third parties. After registration, SendPulse will send you a confirmation email. Furthermore, SendPulse offers various ways to analyse how the newsletter is opened and used once it is sent, e.g. to how many users an email will be sent, whether mails were rejected and whether users unsubscribed from the list after receiving an email. However, these analyses are performed on groups and we do not use them for individual analysis. SendPulse also uses the analysis tool Google Analytics from Google, Inc. and in some cases integrates it into the newsletter. You can revoke your consent to store your email address and to use it to send the newsletter at any time. You can either unsubscribe to the newsletter by using the contact information here or click on the unsubscribe link that is contained in every newsletter.

Google Analytics

This website/app uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Tag Manager

The Google Tag Manager is a solution operated by Google Inc., that allows marketed website tags to be managed using an interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not register personal data. The tool causes other tags to be activated which may, for their part, register data under certain circumstances. Google Tag Manager does not access this information. If recording has been deactivated on domain or cookie level, this setting will remain in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

We may ask for your permission to give certain product data (e.g. your account information) to other Google products in order to activate certain functions, e.g. to simplify the addition of new conversion tracking tags for AdWords. Also our developers may check information on product usage from time to time, in order to further optimize the product. However, we will never send such data to other Google products without your explicit permission.

Cloudflare

The Internet presence of this company is provided by the technology partner CloudFlare Inc., based in the USA. All data passed to or from this website pass through the worldwide network of CloudFlare, Inc. The data is buffered, accesses are logged. Hereby, the nearest data center is regularly used. CloudFlare also operates data centers outside the European Union! According to CloudFlare, the cached data are basically deleted within 4 hours, but at the latest after three days.
